Grant Funded Services 

Turning Point has numerous grant-funded programs that support efforts to meet the unique needs of northern Colorado communities. Most of these programs focus on preventative behavioral health services for youth, adults, and families. 

Current Programs:

  • Turning Point’s Connections Program provides no-cost behavior coaching, case management, and caregiver education opportunities for youth and families

  • Renew & Restore Program in partnership with Larimer County Community Corrections Women’s Program

  • Efforts to expand the Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program to rural communities of Larimer, Weld, Morgan, and Logan Counties 

  • Turning Point is participating in CDPHE’s Disaster Behavioral Health program, in efforts to create programming that will address community need in time of disaster
