About the Support Group:

This therapist-facilitated support group is an alternative to 12-step programs and suitable for adults at any stage of their recovery who are seeking to attain or maintain sobriety from alcohol and/or drugs. Participants can expect a supportive, non-judgmental learning environment where they will acquire new tools and resources, build community, share, process, and progress toward their recovery goals.

With adaptations from the evidence-based curriculum “Living in Balance,” content will span health, wellness, nutrition, relationships, loss, spirituality, and self-help groups, among others.

You can turn your life around. You can stay sober.
